The Department of International Commerce and Trade of the Dominican Republic hosted a 1-day seminar on the preliminary steps facing treaty-based arbitration claims & benefits from the “cooling-off” period featuring Prof. Gilberto A Guerrero-Rocca, Prof. Francisco A. Rodriguez and the Minister Victor Bisono Haza, the Vice Minister Vilma Arbaje and Natalia Polanco Abreu, Director of the Agency for the Defense of the Dominican Republic.
