Professor Manuel Gómez attended UNCITRAL Working Group II Sessions as Observer, on behalf of the Miami International Arbitration Society. Professor Gómez was part of the delegation that participated in the deliberations of Working Group II on the topics of early dismissal and adjudication and resolution and adjudication of technology disputes. Particularly, regarding the latter, Prof. Gómez has been among the group of experts consulted during the drafting process of the proposals presented to the WG members.
