FIU Law alumnus Alan Persaud ’19, who specializes in labor and employment law at Littler Mendelson, P.C., has been selected as a Fellow in the 2022 National Employment Law Council Academy. This highly competitive fellowship program is designed to provide Fellows with advanced skills training and direct interaction with in-house attorneys and leading minority labor and employment defense lawyers from across the country. Only 30 Fellows have been chosen based on their high potential for success and commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in management-side employment law.
