Professor Mirow‘s article, Judges for British Subjects in Spanish East Florida, was published in the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. This is an additional installment of his work on Spanish and British legal papers from Florida’s colonial period. This study deals with the transition of East Florida from British to Spanish control in the 1780s.
