The research led by Hannah Gorman was quoted in the  Sun Sentinel article, A Death Court Sits in Tallahassee.  The editorial examines the impact of Hurst v. State and relies upon the Center’s research finding that 145 people had their death sentences vacated as a result.  45 of these people have already been resentenced: 37 to life and 8 to death.
