FIU Law achieved its highest-ever ranking in The National Jurist’s annual assessment of the nation’s Best Value Law Schools. The College’s #11 ranking marks the third consecutive year in the publication’s top-15 for overall value. It also is one of just two Best Value Law Schools located in large city.

“We are very proud to deliver such positive outcomes for our graduates, a majority of whom are first generation college graduates,” said Dean Antony Page. “To do so in one of the nation’s most diverse, metropolitan cities – and one of its largest markets for legal employment – affords us a considerable stake in the future of American legal education.”

The National Jurist’s rankings evaluate employment rates, tuition, average student debt, cost of living, and bar passage to recognize law schools where graduates have excellent chances of passing the bar and getting a legal job without taking on excessive debt.  The publication’s Fall 2020 issue, which includes the full 2020 Best Value rankings, is available here.

Earlier this year, The National Jurist also covered FIU Law’s exceptional record of bar exam success. FIU Law graduates have earned the highest first-time passing rate on seven of the 10 bar exams administered since 2015.
