Congratulations to 2L, Isaac Broad, who won the Outstanding Law Student Award by Dade Legal Aid Put Something Back. Isaac was recognized for making a meaningful impact in the community and was given the award during the Pro Bono Awards Luncheon on October 25, 2019. Last summer, Isaac spent volunteering full time at Put Something Back Pro Bono Project, the premier provider of pro bono legal services to the indigent in Miami-Dade. This year’s awards were presented by the Honorable Samantha Ruiz Cohen, the Honorable Gina Beovides, and Richard Milstein, Esquire, of Akerman.
