Kicking-off FIU Law’s Faculty Workshop series will be Professor Verena Murschetz from the Universität Innsbruck who will compare the uses of jury trials in criminal prosecutions in inquisitorial and adversary systems, focusing on Austria and the United States.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 30 at 12:30 p.m. in RDB 2007.
