Professor Stoa, Senior Scholar at FIU Law, spoke to members of the Coral Gables community last week as part of an ongoing speaker series addressing sea level rise. Attendees included the Mayor and several members of the Coral Gables city council. Prof Stoa provided a breakdown of policy approaches communities can take to address sea level rise, including measures to protect and adapt to changing conditions.
