Arielle Capuano, a distinguished alumna of FIU Law, has recently been recognized with the Joseph J. Carter Professionalism Award by the Broward County Bar Association. This prestigious accolade is a testament to Arielle’s unwavering commitment to professionalism and her dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity within the legal profession. Throughout her career, Arielle has demonstrated a profound passion for advocating on behalf of her clients, particularly in the realms of divorce, family law, and child custody matters.

During her time at FIU Law, Arielle distinguished herself as a leader within the legal community. Actively involved in the leadership of the Board of Advocates and the Negotiation Team, she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in family law. She met her husband and law partner Cary Levinson during her studies at Professor Norberg’s UCC Sales class. She says he has been her strongest supporter and partner in law and community endeavors throughout her career. Arielle’s education at FIU Law provided her with a strong foundation upon which she has built her successful career, empowering her to navigate the intricate nuances of the legal landscape with confidence and expertise.

Presently, Arielle serves as a Founding Partner Attorney and Mediator at Levinson & Capuano, LLC, where she specializes in divorce and family law, business law, and mediation.
