The last session of this semester’s Guided Preksha Meditation for Relaxation Series will be held this Wednesday, November 30 from 12:15 to 1pm in RDB 3050. Registration is not required, but may be beneficial to you and helps us to keep bringing these wonderful events to the law library. This last session will focus on guided Preksha meditation for relaxation– something we could all use during finals. Hope to see you there!
