BOOKS & TREATISES

New Licensed Content

Bloomberg Law has added 40 Books & Treatises to its reference library from leading publishers such as ABA and James Publishing. The addition of these titles strengthens our litigation, corporate, transactional, and employee benefits and executive compensation offerings.

The new release includes more than 20 ABA litigation publications, expanding topical coverage from briefs to depositions, motions, witnesses, evidence, trials, and more.

To access the new titles, select Browse Books & Treatises under the Secondary Sources drop-down menu. Look for the New button alongside each of the recently added titles.

A new Bloomberg Law publication – Guide to Employee Rights and Restrictions – provides information and legal analysis on various statutory and non-statutory protections, limitations, and compliance requirements that must be taken into consideration throughout the employment cycle, from hiring to termination.
