On May 23, 2022, FIU Law Professor Charles C. Jalloh presented a paper for a faculty workshop entitled “Are Subsidiary Means ‘Sources’ of International Law?” at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law, University of Graz, Austria. Professor Dr. Erika de Wet, Director of the Institute, moderated while Prof. Dr. Harmen van der Wilt, University of Amsterdam served as discussant.
The week after, on May 28, 2022, Professor Jalloh spoke on the closing panel on “The Future of International Criminal Law” which capped the 21st Specialization Course in International Criminal Law for Young Penalists on the theme of ‘The Changing Landscape of International Justice’ hosted by the renowned Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights in Italy.
