BTLJ‘s mission is to publish the most cutting-edge and insightful scholarship possible at the intersection of law and technology. In addition to the traditional BTLJ print journal, the publisher is introducing a new, online-only publication, called BTLJ Commentaries. The subject matter of BTLJ Commentaries will remain unchanged from the print journal. The goal of this new publication is to publish shorter pieces on an accelerated timeline, enabling authors to discuss topics in a more timely way, provoke discussion, and respond to new developments in both scholarship and current events.
