On December 15, 2017, Professor José Gabilondo attended the annual conference held at the School for Advanced International Studies at Cuba’s Ministry of Foreign Relations and presented on new Office of Foreign Assets Control rules that limit financial transactions with Cuba.
The Harvard Latinx Law review recently published Prof. Gabilondo’s article analyzing and supporting Cuba’s legal claims for economic damages against the United States for harms caused by its unilateral sanctions.
