Professor Gómez is participating, among other leading senior scholars from all over the world at the Stanford/Penn Int’l Faculty Forum being held at Stanford Law School during this week. The forum was established about a decade ago to stimulate the exchange of ideas and research among younger legal scholars from around the world, with the participation of senior and well established scholars acting as commentators.
