Professor Charles C. Jalloh gave an invited lecture at the International Nuremberg Principles Academy on the topic “Transnational Crimes and the African Court of Justice” on August 3, 2016 at the birth place of modern international criminal law in the historic city of Nuremberg, Germany. The program is designed to provide selected participants an opportunity to acquire or deepen their knowledge of theoretical, substantive and procedural aspects of international criminal law. The 25 participants in the course, which is part of the International Criminal Law Summer Academy for Junior Professionals, included prosecutors, judges, defense lawyers, academics and human rights defenders from countries in different parts of the world.
