On June 1, 2016, Professor Charles C. Jalloh was an invited presenter of a paper entitled “The African Criminal Court” on a panel examining the future of international criminal law in Africa. The conference, on the theme Complementarity, the Habre Trial, and the Evolution of Universal Jurisdiction, was held in Dakar, Senegal and convened by AFLA, in collaboration with FIBGAR and the Kenya Human Rights Commission.
