The 21st Annual Tulane Environmental Law and Policy Summit was held on February 19-20, 2016. Professor Ryan Stoa was invited to present his recent research on water rights in Haiti and transboundary contexts. Prof. Stoa’s session, entitled “Water Rights: How Do Others Do It?” also featured David Takacs, Associate Professor at the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
