Professor Ryan Stoa, Senior Scholar at the FIU College of Law, published his article on Biscayne National Park in the National Park Centennial special issue of the Natural Resources Journal. The article examines the unique relationship between the federal government and the state of Florida in managing the waters and natural resources of Biscayne National Park. The special issue, which includes a forward by Senator Tom Udall, celebrates the 100-year anniversary of the national park system. The issue, and Professor Stoa’s article, can be accessed here.
