On Wednesday, November 4, Assistant Dean of International & Graduate Studies and Professor of Law Manuel A. Gómez, moderated the joint roundtable meeting of the Miami International Arbitration Society which featured José Ricardo Feris, Deputy Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris, France.
Feris’ presentation, “Emergency Arbitrators and the ICC Court’s Experience” was followed by the discussion, “The Unspoken Rules in Modern Arbitration” which featured International Arbitrator, Eloy Anzola; Professor of Law at the Instituto de Empresa and Visiting Scholar at FIU Law, Marco de Benito; Diego Brian Gosis, from Gomm & Smith and Arlen Obando from García & Bodan.
