FIU Law Professor Kalyani Robbins, will be a presenter and moderator at the 2015 Urban Affairs Association Conference, which is being held April 8-11, 2015 in Miami, Florida. The conference is entitled, “Transnationalism from Above and Below: The Dynamics of Place-making in the Global City.” Professor Robbins organized the panel – Governing on the Edge: Cities, Climate Change, and the Polycentric-Global Governance Tension.
