FIU Law Fellow Ryan Stoa, a water law and ocean policy scholar, recently presented a lecture at the Friends of the Key Largo Cultural Center. The program – Law of the Sea: Energy, Overfishing, and Pollution – was part of the Ocean Life Series and addressed these issues, which the world’s oceans are currently facing, as well as the laws that are in place to address them.
