On March 16, 2015, Professor Charles C. Jalloh gave a lecture and training on “The United Nations and International Courts” for the Senior Course hosted by the NATO Defense College in Rome, Italy. Seventy-one senior military officers from 28 countries, including four high-ranking officers from the United States Military, attended the day-long event. The NATO Defense College is a center of education, study and research for selected officers from NATO and their partner countries.
