Trial Advocacy Program Duo Re-Selected to Best Lawyers in America
FIU College of Law Professors H.T. Smith and H. Scott Fingerhut have once again been selected for inclusion in the 2017 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. For more than three decades, in almost 70 countries around the world, Best Lawyers has earned the respect of the bar, media, and public as the most reliable, unbiased source of legal referrals anywhere.
“In our effort to train the best trial lawyers for the future,” Professor Smith said, “it is important that we lead by example.”
Professor Smith is the founding Director of the Trial Advocacy Program and teaches Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy.
Professor Fingerhut serves as the Assistant Director of the Trial Advocacy Program. He teaches Trial Advocacy, Pretrial Practice, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure.
Both of them lead our champion Trial Team.
