Education Concentration
Today’s educators navigate a constantly evolving ecosystem accountable to a wide-ranging group of stakeholders ranging from preschoolers to the federal government. The Education JM program is designed to provide teachers, administrators, and other K-12 and higher education professionals with the expertise they need to better serve their students and academic communities. Graduates study a broad range of legal issues that bear on the American education system, including school funding, student privacy and educational records, learning and testing accommodations, financial aid, and free speech.
