At the 2025 AALS Conference, the annual conference of law professors, our own Professor Roman will be a featured speaker at the Presidential Plenary Panel addressing the challenges to diversity facing law schools after the Supreme Court’s SFFA decision. Joined by the AALS’s executive director as well as its president, Professor Roman will address how certain initiatives can continue to promote diversity despite SFFA. He also intends to use regression analysis theories to push the legal academy to take meaningful steps to foster inclusion at U.S. law schools.
