Fusté will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct within the state of Florida. He earned his JD in 2006 while serving with distinction as a Police Lieutenant with the Miami-Dade Police Department, a role in which he served for more than three decades. After earning his law degree, he transitioned from field work to the General Counsel’s office of the Dade County Police Benevolent Association, serving as Assistant General Counsel until founding his litigation and consulting firm.
As a member of the Florida Commission on Ethics, Fusté will contribute to ensuring transparency and ethical governance in Florida, making a significant impact on the ethical standards of public officials.
