Professor Osei-Tutu discussed Fashion & Trademarks in the Metaverse at the International Trademark Association Leadership Meeting, which took place in Miami Beach from November 15-18. The panel, “The New Frontier: Legal Developments in NFTs and the Metaverse – What it Means for IP Practitioners,” was comprised of industry experts and in-house counsel who shared their perspectives on legal and business issues in the “metaverse.”
