On October 30 2020, FIU Law hosted a panel, The Jurisprudence and Legacy of Justice Ginsburg, a discussion of the life, jurisprudence, and legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. A panel of legal scholars considered her work as lawyer and judge on gender equality, reproductive freedom, election law, constitutional law, comparative law, and procedure, as well as the effects of her death on the Court and the judicial-appointments process.
