On Friday October 30 2020, FIU Law will host a panel discussion of the life, jurisprudence, and legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. A panel of legal scholars will consider her work on gender equality, reproductive freedom, election law, constitutional law, comparative law, and procedure, as well as the effects of her death on the Court and the judicial-appointments process.
