Congratulations to Professor Stephen K. Harper for being awarded the Juvenile Law Center’s Leadership Prize for 2020. Juvenile Law Center’s Leadership Prize recognizes outstanding individuals working in any kinds of fields—law, government, the arts, media, entertainment, sports, business, or any other sector—who are fighting for the rights and well-being of youth in the child welfare and justice systems. Professor Harper was recognized for his work of substantially improving the lives of youths.
