The fall issue — the “Business and Money” issue – recognizes Ms. Robinson for her expertise in criminal defense and civil rights litigation, calling her one of “South Florida’s young Caribbean American power brokers.”
While part of FIU Law’s second graduating class, Sue-Ann was president of the Board Advocates,Trial Team Division, founder and president of the Caribbean Student Bar Association, editor of the Chromatic Times Newsletter, and received an Outstanding Leadership Award from the Black Law Students Association.
After law school, Sue-Ann served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
Today, she is founder and managing attorney at Robinson Caddy Law in Fort Lauderdale.
She is also trained as a County Court mediator.
In addition, Sue-Ann is a member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and a director for the Broward County Bar Young Lawyers Section.
Previously, Sue-Ann served as president of the T.J. Reddick Bar Association (Black Lawyers Association of Broward County, Florida).
