Tim Wilson joined the FIU College of Law in 2024 with over six years of experience working as a Law Librarian and a Web Resources Librarian. His previous stints have been at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Georgetown Law School, and the University of Texas at Dallas.
He earned his B.A., J.D., and M.L.I.S. all from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). As an undergraduate, he majored in Classical Languages and English Literature. In addition to librarianship, he has worked as a Latin teacher, a lawyer, and a web developer. Before coming to FIU, he was living in Prague, Czech Republic, and working as a gymnasium teacher and a freelance web developer. His scholarship focus is on information technology and its impact on society and culture.
