Moot Court
FIU Law’s Moot Court (Appellate Advocacy) Program emphasizes the development of brief-writing and oral-advocacy through state, regional, national, and international competitions against other law students from across the nation and around the world.
Trial Advocacy
We aim to educate. We seek to inspire. We intend to fulfill our promise to bring forth powerful storytellers, courageous advocates, and the professional and community leaders of tomorrow.
Negotiation Team
The Negotiation Team promotes greater interest in legal negotiation through competition and provides a means for students to practice and improve their negotiation skills.
Willem C. Vis Moot
The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world.
