Professor Ryan B. Stoa discussed the financial implications of sea level rise on Tuesday.  He was speaking on a panel organized by Miami artist Xavier Cortada, whose solo art exhibit entitled “CLIMA” features environmental works and community events, and is designed to coincide with the COP 21 climate change conference in Paris this month.  Professor Stoa was joined on the panel by Harvey Ruvin (Clerk of Courts for Miami-Dade County), Thomas Mooney (Planning Director for the City of Miami Beach), and Debora Storch (Planning Director for the City of Hialeah).CLIMA panelThe panel discussion was live-streamed and can be viewed here.
