eResources Spotlight: Updates on Bloomberg Law

State court county filters are now available on Bloomberg Law. This much-requested enhancement means dockets users can now filter their results to the county court level without having to preselect the county-level court on the dockets search form.

As shown in the screenshot, after selecting the desired state court(s) from the dockets search, you will see a list of corresponding county options in the filters on the left.

New Cryptocurrency News Channel

he Crypto News channel is now live on Bloomberg Law. This new channel covers the legal, regulatory, tax, and business developments on cryptocurrency as well as decentralized finance and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Crypto News includes not only articles by our in-house reporters, but also articles from Bloomberg News, and features practitioner insights from outside industry experts.

To access Crypto News, simply click “News & Analysis” on the drop-down menu and then drill down to the channel on the “Bloomberg Law News” pane. Articles can be filtered by date, subject, court, federal statute, and location.
