Brewer-Carías and Carlos García Soto is a compilation of various studies and expressions of rejection that were disseminated in Venezuela and abroad. The unconstitutional convening of a National Constituent Assembly on May 10, 2017, contrary to the Constitution and in fraud against the popular will. Its members were finally “elected” on July 30, 2017, in the midst of fraud allegations made by the company in charge of counting votes in the country.
The opinions collected in the studies that make up this book constitute a solid legal basis that demonstrates the unconstitutionality of the call and election made by the National Constituent Assembly on July 30, 2017, which has not been yet refuted.
