Professor Moreno is FIU Law’s first Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development, supporting the development of the faculty as scholars and teachers. She is an experienced teacher of Evidence, Scientific and Forensic Evidence, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Criminal Advocacy, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
