Professor Charles C. Jalloh‘s co-authored book, The International Criminal Court in an Effective Global Criminal Justice System, has just been published by Edward Elgar. The work, co-written with Linda Carter, Professor of Law Emerita, University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and Mark Ellis, Executive Director, International Bar Association, analyzes the interactions of international criminal tribunals established since the 1990s with international, national and regional bodies, making recommendations for the International Criminal Court, as it goes forward.
