Prof. Gilberto Guerrero-Rocca was invited by the Washington College of Law (American University) as Arbitrator for the final round of the Investor-State Arbitration Moot Competition on March 27, 2026. This annual moot competition gathers teams from Europe and LATAM. Each year participants are required to present their oral pleadings on complex issues of international investment law. This year law students from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina (runner-up) and Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (Winner) reached the final round.
