Professor H.T. Smith Recognized Again in 2025 Edition of Best Lawyers

The Director of the Trial Advocacy Program at FIU College of Law, Professor H.T. Smith, has been recognized once again by The Best Lawyers in America for his courtroom prowess as a trial lawyer.

Best Lawyers highlights the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the United States and is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.

Professor Smith is the Founding Director of the Trial Advocacy Program and teaches Advanced Trial Advocacy. He also leads the FIU Law Trial Team.
