Germán Morales (JD ’05) Joins Shutts & Bowen LLP

FIU Law alumnus Germán Morales (JD ’05) has joined Shutts & Bowen LLP as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group at the Fort Lauderdale office. 

With more than 28 years of experience, Morales has handled a broad range of high-stakes commercial disputes, from representing companies and investors in trade secret and unfair competition cases to litigating declaratory judgments and injunctive relief. His versatile background includes significant work with Latin American companies and various law firms, enhancing his broad legal expertise.

Morales' practice focuses on complex business litigation, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, and commercial real estate matters. He also frequently handles cases involving non-compete and non-solicitation violations, business valuation controversies, and claims under the Florida Securities Act.
