On December 17, Governor Ron DeSantis announced five judicial appointments, two of which were FIU Law alumni: Judge Cristina Correa (J.D. ’09) and Jennifer Levin (J.D. ’10).
The Honorable Cristina Correa has served as a County Court Judge for the Miami-Dade County Court since 2020. Previously, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Correa fills a judicial vacancy created by the enactment of Senate Bill 2508.
Jennifer Levin has been a partner at Stone, Glass & Connolly, L.L.P since 2024. Previously, she was an Associate at Martinez Morales Law. Levin fills a judicial vacancy created by the enactment of Senate Bill 2508.
