FIU Law Strengthens its Partnership with BARCELONA (Spain) ICAB & 1 day Seminar on International Commercial Arbitration - Global Issues from the European and American Perspective FIU Law has signed a new Agreement with the Barcelona BAR (ICAB) and will be co hosting a 1-day seminar on International Commercial Arbitration on Nov 15, 2024. - This seminar will be devoted to one hypothetical case divided in 3 panels. Each panel will be composed by one European and American practitioner. This event is also co hosted by the International Law Section ILS of the Florida Bar and the Florida Chapter of the Iberoamerican and Spaniard Club of Arbitration (CIEA). Prof. Gilberto A. Guerrero-Rocca will offer the opening remarks on behalf of FIU LAW, and will address issues of jurisdiction in the practice of international commercial arbitration.
