Christopher B. Carbot

Biography:

Christopher Carbot is responsible for managing the daily operations, strategic initiatives, and operational goals for the College of Law, as well as the Legal Studies Institute and Juris Master program. He also serves as the College of Law’s Director of Recruitment.

Mr. Carbot earned his B.A. cum laude in English from Florida International University before returning to FIU to receive his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vance E. Salter of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, and to the Honorable Jonathan Goodman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also practiced law at the Greenberg Traurig law firm, where his practice focused on appellate and trial support matters.
