Bio
Neal Lawson is a Law Librarian for the FIU Law Library. He provides legal research instruction and legal research support to the community. Mr. Lawson also serves as a library liaison for the Well-Being at FIU Law Initiative and as an embedded librarian for the National Security and Military Law Certificate Program at the FIU College of Law.
Prior to joining the FIU College of Law, Mr. Lawson has served as a United States Coast Guard Judge Advocate. He has also practiced law while working as an attorney for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the United States Social Security Administration, and the United States Small Business Administration.
Mr. Lawson is a member of the Florida Bar and the Tennessee Bar. He is also a United States Army Veteran.
