Eda Rosa is an Adjunct Instructor and Career Counselor for FIU's J.M. Program and the founder of Eda Rosa LLC, a legal consulting firm she launched in 2017. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in legal team strategy, training, and professional development, helping law firms and legal professionals build stronger teams through tailored training programs, onboarding systems, and coaching. She is also the host of the Let's Talk Paralegal podcast and a frequent national speaker at leading legal industry events.
