Jeffrey Molinaro ’10, a board-certified specialist in appellate practice and partner at Fuerst Ittleman David & Joseph, has been appointed Co-Chair of the Northwest (NW) Section of the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA). Molinaro has built his entire legal career at Fuerst Ittleman David & Joseph, focusing on appeals, trial support, commercial and civil litigation, and administrative law.

Molinaro’s dedication to community service is evident through his work with the FIU College of Law Alumni Association and the FIU Broward Panther Network, where he served as President and Vice President of both organizations. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Appellate and Business Litigation Committees.

Invited to the Co-Chair role by his friend and fellow FIU Law alumnus, Robert Scavone, Molinaro is excited to revitalize the NW Section, which has seen reduced activity post-COVID. Having lived in Coconut Creek for nearly 25 years, he sees this as an opportunity to strengthen the local legal community by fostering networking, education, and collaboration among attorneys in the area.

Molinaro credits FIU Law’s close-knit environment for helping him build essential networking skills that have benefited his career. He also fondly recalls his time on the trial team with Professors Fingerhut and Smith, which taught him the values of poise, persistence, and thoroughness—principles he applies in his practice today.
