Latin American & Caribbean Law Review

LCLR at FIU Law

The FIU College of Law Latin American & Caribbean Law Review (“LCLR”) publishes legal scholarship that focuses on Latin America and the Caribbean (“the Region”), and its diaspora in the United States. LCLR provides a forum for the analysis of important legal and policy issues affecting Latin American and Caribbean communities, such as immigration, social challenges affecting the Latin American and Caribbean population in the United States, and policy trends in the Region.

LCLR is planning on hosting an inaugural symposium in October 2024 on Trends in Latin America and the Caribbean, and publishing its first edition in Spring 2025.
